If bounty hunter is the only carry it is actually a reasonable item (just to farm as fast as possible like on am). Way better then Shadow Blade.

Well somehow DotaBuff showed Valve the problems with there own Stats tools. The hero performance is just a joke. And there is no way to access all the data inside dota2. So yeaha in a way DotaBuff...
