I was just going to grab vod's from youtube channels along with downloading replays from tickets i bought for DotaTV tournaments, a nice guy on reddit showed me how to watch the replays in offline mode on steam

Gosugamers has a really good VoD section where you can find a lot of good games, rated by the users and some are marked with RR (which means something like Recommended Replay), if you run out of tips from earlier in this thread it might be worthwhile to check out http://www.gosugamers.net/dota2/replays

If you are able to watch replays in offline mode (I dont know how to do that ) The International 2 = free tickets. so you should be able to get every replay from TI2 as/just after they happen. ^^

If you are able to watch replays in offline mode (I dont know how to do that ) The International 2 = free tickets. so you should be able to get every replay from TI2 as/just after they happen. ^^

My problem is i wont be able to access the internet for a while as when i arrive i will be very busy sorting out family stuff for a time i know i will be able to watch the replays eventually its just when that happens i don't know. The offline mode still requires downloading replays

Okay so for it to work:
Make sure you can run steam in offline mode
enable the console for dota 2 (-console in launch options)
When game launches you have the console open, follow instructions below!

You can watch replays offline:
Move replays from
~\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\replays to
~\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota
Start DOTA2 and type in console
viewdemo name_of_the_demo
