Admin guy is now asking you very politely to keep a civil tone. Everyone else, too.
Thou shalt not rage.
its obviously about 5th player for fnatic since they are currently 4.
How so? It honestly couldn't be much more clear. They will present a new player who will be the first of five. If this on the other hand only would be a fifth for the current Fnatic.Dota2 it would be weird to type that their fifth is the beginning of it all.
I doubt any renowned American player would join the existing Fnatic.Dota2 as they are in dire need of a support more than anything else and noone with their wits intact would call Bdiz, Mikey or Sender a power. It could however be, as I previously wrote, a complete reformation of Fnatic.Dota2 consisting of both new and old players but what's written in the description clearly points at a completely new five being picked up and I honestly can't understand how you fail to reach the same conclusion.
Edit: The only thing I can imagine is some sort of constellation of PowerNet and/or Merlini and/or respective hang arounds as they seem to be the only renowned players currently being remotely active. Unless something as unlikely as a Quantic disbandment occurs I can't think of any other possibility, Fnatic probably wouldn't want to take another shot in the dark with inactive/unproven players.

I've seen the blinding darkness at the center of all light.
Their current team won two tournaments in the last month, I don't see why they would replace them just as they're starting to win.
After a lot of consideration I'd go with second Dota 2 team for North America starting by announcing "FnaticRC.NA.xxx". Has to be big name, so I would randomly guess FnaticRC.NA.Merlini.
Fnatic can support two Dota 2 teams at the same time. Actually I don't see any reason not to. Like the idea of QsQ in HoN, have a big group of people, make first team and second team and maybe even regional teams from them. First team would get better paid than second, but the teams would train together and no need for backups and everyone would be able to participate in tournament just like always.
"Oh well, I'm the type of guy who will never settle down
Where pretty carries are well, you know that I'm around
I support 'em and I love 'em 'cause to me they're all the same
I hug 'em and I squeeze 'em they don't even know my name
They call me the wanderer
Yeah, the wanderer
I roam around, around, around"
Calm down and wait
h4nn1 is tagged as whA|h4nn1 in steam, i dont think a standin would do this.
even though i like the players fnatic has atm, it's time to drop the team.
